Beyond Jobs: Weekly Timesheet Procedures
Each week, timesheets should be submitted electronically to Mission: St. Louis by 4 PM on Friday. Late submission will likely result in a delayed pay date. If a timesheet cannot be submitted electronically, additional arrangements can be made as a last resort.
Transitional Job Participant (Employee)
Each Transitional Job participant is responsible for filling out and submitting their weekly timesheet to their supervisor.
When submitting their weekly timesheet, the participant should:
Have the last 4 digits of their SSN
Have their hours from each shift (including breaks)
Have both their email address and their supervisor’s email address ready to go. THE TIMESHEET CANNOT BE COMPLETED PROPERLY WITHOUT BOTH EMAIL ADDRESSES. If you do not have an email address, use “classes@missionstl.org”
Verify that all hours are correct and the “Total Time Worked” is accurate
Upon submission of the timesheet, the participant should check-in with their supervisor that they received the timesheet.
Transitional Job Provider (Employer)
Each Transitional Job provider is responsible for the last looks and final signature before the timesheet is submitted to Mission: St. Louis.
Upon receipt of the timesheet, the Transitional Job Provider should:
Add the company/business name and the date
Verify that all hours are correct and the “Total Time Worked” is accurate
Add any feedback on the participants work. Use this space to note any areas of improvement or excellence.
Once the timesheet has been completed and signed by both parties, it will automatically submit to Mission: St. Louis.
If there are any questions about the timesheet or payroll process, please direct them. to Rachel at rachel.franck@missionstl.org.
