      • Information regarding household income and assests, as well as information about the specific court, opposing party and court date will be needed at time of in-take

    • Financial aid offered for eligible applicants

    • Trauma-informed legal counsel aimed at providing legal assistance for those who cannot afford a private attorney for civil, immigration, family, and housing cases

    • Offers monetary bail assistance for applicable individuals, as well as court date reminders, transportation assistance, and connections to other resources as needed

      • The Bail Project in St. Louis serves people in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles incarcerated at the MCI The Workhouse, Criminal Justice Center, St. Louis County Jail, and the St. Charles County Jail in the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court, St. Louis County Circuit Court, 25th Judicial Circuit, and the 11th Judicial Circuit Court court systems.
